On the corner of Estados Unidos and Consolação streets, stands one of the first buildings in the city built entirely from engineered wood, a landmark that redefines the way of building. This is a single-user project that will be LEED certified, combining innovation and sustainability in every detail. The architecture was designed by Spol Architects, while the landscaping was designed by Daniel Nunes.
The project is accessed via a remarkable private porte-cochère, located under one of the building’s cantilevers, which leads to an elegant lobby. From there, three corporate floors are distributed with a flexible layout, allowing for open, sectorized or team configurations. At the top, the leisure rooftop stands out as a refuge for decompression and socializing, integrated with green areas and sophisticated lounges. The parking deck stands out for offering natural lighting, cross ventilation and harmonious integration with the sunken garden. In an urban landscape that is constantly changing, this project reaffirms the possibility of innovative and sustainable architecture, creating a workspace that truly breathes.
